Vincent Auricchio founded the Auricchio Law Offices in 2006. Since its founding, Mr. Auricchio has handled a variety of cases primarily for plaintiffs in the medical negligence, personal injury and general civil litigation fields. Vincent Auricchio brings a unique perspective to the handling of his plaintiff’s personal injury cases since he spent nearly a decade defending personal injury cases and representing physicians and medical facilities prior to the launching of his firm. Mr. Auricchio is also well-suited to assist his plaintiff-clients with their insurance related disputes as he previously represented insurance companies and their insureds in large-scale litigation cases. Mr. Auricchio has also successfully assisted numerous commercial and residential real estate clients with their transactions and related litigation matters involving real property.
In 2012, Vincent Auricchio was selected as a National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40 as a personal injury litigator. This honor is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those individuals who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer. In years past, Mr. Auricchio was selected as an “Outstanding Young Attorney” and “Top Young Attorney in Illinois” in the fields of real estate law and business litigation (2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011).
Mr. Auricchio has served as the featured speaker for the National Business Institute on negotiating personal injury settlements in Illinois, as well as on the topics of deposition strategies that win cases, and Medicare Set-Asides in Personal Injury Litigation. He also served as a annual speaker for the preparation of medical and legal testimony for the American Association of Neurological Surgeons for many years. Mr. Auricchio is a member of the Illinois State Bar association, the Christian Legal Society, the Alliance Defense Fund, and the Christian Businessmen’s Connection. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the DePaul College of Law in 1997, holds a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in 1993, and received his High School Diploma in 1989 from the prestigious Hunter College High School in New York, New York.

Zach Lynn is an associate attorney at the Auricchio Law Offices where he focuses on Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation including medical malpractice, automobile collision, premises liability, and professional liability cases. Mr. Lynn also has experience advising clients regarding real estate and condominium association law. He recently co-authored an article on the obligations of ‘mandatory reporters’ under Section 111 of the Medicare/Medicaid, SCHIP Extension Act of 2007. Mr. Lynn previously clerked for the Auricchio Law Offices prior to accepting an Associate Attorney position with the firm.
While earning his law degree at the DePaul University College of Law, Mr. Lynn served as President of the Christian Legal Society, completed a legal internship with the General Counsel’s Office of Campus Crusade for Christ, and received the legal writing CALI Award for Real Estate Drafting. Mr. Lynn gained further valuable experience by participating in DePaul’s Trial Advocacy program and Litigation Lab.
Prior to law school, Mr. Lynn volunteered for the Domestic Violence Unit of the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office and served on the Champaign County Adult Diversion Panel reviewing first time offender’s applications to the program. During that time, Mr. Lynn also served as a research assistant to the Comparative Constitutions Project reviewing international historical constitutions as part of a larger effort to identify trends of international constitution making.

Bernard is an associate attorney at the Auricchio Law Offices where he focuses on residential and commercial real estate, Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, and business litigation. While in law school, he received the CALI Award for highest grade in Estates and Trusts. Bernard gained valuable experience in John Marshall's Business Transactions Externship Program, a legal clinic that offers pro bono legal services to small business owners and charitable organizations in the community. While serving in the Clinic, Bernard helped form a 501(c)(3) charity organization, mediated an inter-family business dispute in Spanish, and organized an S corporation start-up. Bernard is also fluent in Spanish.
